Initial Challenges

Levante Brewing is one of the most popular breweries in the state of Pennsylvania. Their "Cloudy & Cumbersome" beer is a huge hit across the state. After several years of successful growth, they were looking for their next expansion route and came to us open to ideas on how they could grow their revenue. We conducted a thorough audit of their website, Meta advertising account, and email marketing account and identified untapped areas for growth in their business.

Facebook & Instagram Advertising Approach

After conducting an audit of their Meta Advertising account, we noticed a few areas for improvement:

  1. They were not using the correct campaign objectives, which was leading to wasted ad budget. We restructured their ad account so that each campaign setting matched the business objective they were trying to achieve.
  2. The ad creative in their ad account could be updated on a more regular basis. They were experiencing "ad fatigue." We began to regularly update their account with new beer releases, upcoming events, and other happenings in the tap room.
  3. They were not running any retargeting campaigns. This meant there was no follow-up process in place to ensure new customers received multiple touch points from the brand— an essential step in converting guiding potential customers from being "Brand Aware" to actually walking into the tap room or ordering beer online.

Email Marketing Approach

Levante was already doing an excellent job managing their email marketing. We saw opportunity to improve their strategy even further by improving the designs of the emails, setting up automations that were not yet in place, and sending more frequent campaigns to let their audience know about events in the tap room and promotions on their website.

Results

After just a few months of working together, Levante Brewing saw a 50% increase in eCommerce revenue, a 7x Return On Ad Spend in their ad account, and a significant increase in taproom sales.
